Half payment of the package tour price should be transferred through our visa system 45 days prior to the commencement of the tour. For the convenience of the clients the remaining payment will be made up on arrival.
If complete payment has not been made at the commencement of any tour, Taitu Tour is not obliged to conduct the tour unless other arrangements have been made before hand.
For the cancellation of tour package before one month, Taitu Tour will charge 25% of the tour cost, as it has to pay cancellation fee for the reservations made on your behalf.
If cancellations made two weeks before the commencement of the
tour, Taitu Tour will charge 50% of the tour cost.
Their will not be any refunding for the last minute or less than two weeks cancellation.

Taitu Tour Company have a plenty of different comprehensively insured modern tour vehicles and can be suited to the best interest of our clients.
Only the laws of Ethiopia govern, Taitu Tour liability to passengers transported in its own vehicles, and all claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the court of Ethiopia in which the cause of action arises. Although every possible care is taken to safeguard you and your property, Taitu Tour accepts no liability for loss or damage of any personal effects. Taitu Tour will use its best efforts to assist as an agent to our clients in dealing with third parties such as hotels, airlines and other transport companies and travel agents. However, Taitu Tour can not be held responsible for any loss or harm or additional costs incurred due to denied boarding, overbooking, cancellation or delay caused by the third party.
